From Finca La Marquesa in Loja, southern Ecuador, this Sidra is produced by Doña Ximena León and her team.

Loja has been one of the pioneering regions for specialty coffee in Ecuador, and La Marquesa is part of that history. Today, the farm also works as a processing facility supporting coffee producers from the surrounding community.

This washed Sidra gives a bright, subtle and very clean cup, with a delicate sweetness and notes of tangerine, florals and yellow fruits like peach.
